Can local parentage be confirmed? Will the Chinese Embassy in Kyrgyzstan grant a travel document? Can the entire chain of documents for returning to China be matched seamlessly?<\/p>\n      <div class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-callout alert\">\n        <div class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-callout-title\">\u26a0\ufe0f Attention<\/div>\n        <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">Many Chinese families have suffered greatly because they mistakenly believe that once Kyrgyzstan gives the green light, bringing their children back to China is just a formality. This is completely different. As long as you closely monitor the front-end contracts and the back-end document chain, you&#039;re unlikely to make any major mistakes.<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E5%8D%95%E8%BA%AB%E4%BA%BA%E5%A3%AB%EF%BC%9A\"><\/span>Single people:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n      <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">Many families rush to pay deposits after hearing from agents that &quot;single people can also do it.&quot; Current health laws have indeed relaxed the entry requirements, allowing single people to participate in the cycle. However, if you look further, the local civil affairs department&#039;s birth registration rules still heavily emphasize the terms &quot;couple\/spouse.&quot;<\/p>\n      <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">This illustrates that while getting into a hospital in Kyrgyzstan is relatively easy for single travelers, obtaining a birth certificate is a significant hurdle. The current standard approach is to bring a female companion to complete the process together. If you insist on a purely closed-loop single journey, you must meticulously plan your return trip before signing the contract. Don&#039;t force it if it&#039;s not feasible.<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E5%90%8C%E6%80%A7%E4%BC%B4%E4%BE%A3%EF%BC%9A\"><\/span>Same-sex couples:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n      <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">This is the group most severely misled by industry rhetoric. Local public documents clearly state in black and white: same-sex relationships are not recognized. Clinics, of course, are willing to take on such cases for the sake of revenue, but this is purely a commercial transaction. Once the child is born, facing a birth registration system based entirely on heterosexual marriage, how can two fathers or two mothers legally register their names? How can they obtain guardianship certificates recognized by the Chinese embassy? Without understanding this, no matter how much money is poured into the business, it&#039;s a dead end.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-card\">\n      <h2 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E4%BA%8C%E3%80%81%E5%90%89%E5%B0%94%E5%90%89%E6%96%AF%E6%96%AF%E5%9D%A6%E6%B3%95%E5%BE%8B%E5%88%B0%E5%BA%95%E8%83%BD%E4%BF%9D%E4%BD%A0%E5%88%B0%E5%93%AA%E4%B8%80%E6%AD%A5%EF%BC%9F\"><\/span>II. To what extent can Kyrgyz law protect you?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n      <h3 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_%E5%88%AB%E6%8B%BF%E8%80%81%E9%BB%84%E5%8E%86%E5%A5%97%E6%96%B0%E8%A7%84\"><\/span>1. Don&#039;t apply old almanac rules to new regulations.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n      <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">If you still find any links to the 2015 Reproductive Rights Law online, close the window immediately; that law is long outdated. The core legal basis now is the 2024 Citizens&#039; Health Protection Law. This new law directly incorporates surrogacy into the assisted reproductive technology system, thus bringing surrogacy out of the &quot;gray area&quot; and into the open, transforming it into a legally recognized and legitimate medical procedure.<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_%E5%A4%96%E5%9B%BD%E4%BA%BA%E8%83%BD%E8%BF%9B%E5%9C%BA%EF%BC%8C%E4%B8%8D%E7%AD%89%E4%BA%8E%E8%87%AA%E5%8A%A8%E5%8C%85%E5%8A%9E%E5%9B%9E%E5%9B%BD\"><\/span>2. Allowing foreigners to enter does not automatically guarantee their return home.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n      <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">The new law explicitly states that it also applies to foreign citizens residing temporarily or permanently in Kyrgyzstan. This removes legal obstacles preventing foreign clients from taking action. However, please note that Kyrgyz law doesn&#039;t extend that far. It can guarantee legal implantation and childbirth there, but it doesn&#039;t govern China&#039;s Nationality Law, nor does it have the right to interfere with how Chinese consulates issue travel documents.<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_%E5%93%AA%E4%BA%9B%E8%83%BD%E6%89%93%E5%8C%85%E7%A5%A8%EF%BC%8C%E5%93%AA%E4%BA%9B%E4%B8%AD%E4%BB%8B%E5%9C%A8%E5%BF%BD%E6%82%A0%EF%BC%9F\"><\/span>3. Which ones can guarantee something, and which intermediaries are just trying to scam you?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n      <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">I can tell you directly: surrogacy contracts can be notarized, surrogate mothers&#039; qualifications are strictly screened by law, and there are legal pathways to register the commissioning party as the parents after the child is born. These are all legally binding rights.<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-callout alert\">\n        <div class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-callout-title\">\u26a0\ufe0f Attention<\/div>\n        <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">However, if a salesperson confidently tells you, &quot;Whether you&#039;re single or same-sex, as long as you get a Hague Apostolic Certificate and a birth certificate, you&#039;ll have no trouble returning to China,&quot; that&#039;s pure deception. The Chinese embassy is concerned with nationality verification and evidence of actual guardianship, not with &quot;local permission in Kyrgyzstan.&quot;<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-card\">\n      <h2 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E4%B8%89%E3%80%81%E6%97%85%E8%A1%8C%E8%AF%81%E5%87%BA%E7%94%9F%E8%AF%81%E5%9B%9E%E5%9B%BD%E6%9D%90%E6%96%99%EF%BC%8C%E4%B8%BA%E4%BB%80%E4%B9%88%E8%A6%81%E4%BB%8E%E7%BB%88%E7%82%B9%E5%80%92%E6%8E%A8\"><\/span>III. Why do we need to work backwards from the destination when considering travel documents\/birth certificates\/return-to-China documents?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n      <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">After working in this industry for a while, you&#039;ll find that if you take shortcuts at the beginning, you&#039;ll have to spend money and time to fix the problems later. When considering surrogacy in Kyrgyzstan, you must work backward from the outcome. Many families only focus on the price at the beginning, without considering the entire process.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surrogacyjourneys.com\/en\/surrogacy-process\/\">Surrogacy Process<\/a>If you look at the return to China separately, you&#039;ll find that the real troubles only come after the child is born.<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_%E5%87%BA%E7%94%9F%E8%AF%81%E6%98%AF%E4%B8%AA%E6%B7%B1%E6%B0%B4%E5%8C%BA%EF%BC%8C%E5%88%AB%E6%8E%89%E8%BF%9B%E5%8E%BB\"><\/span>1. The birth certificate is a tricky area; don&#039;t fall into it.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n      <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">After the child is born, the hospital issues an &quot;electronic medical birth certificate,&quot; which will definitely contain the surrogate mother&#039;s information. However, the &quot;birth certificate&quot; you ultimately obtain from the civil affairs bureau can have your own name on it. How do you convert between these two sets of documents at this crucial juncture? Even a single letter difference in the spelling of your name can get you rejected by the consulate. You must insist on maintaining consistency with the clinic beforehand.<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_%E4%BA%B2%E6%9D%83%E7%A1%AE%E8%AE%A4%E8%BF%99%E9%81%93%E6%8A%A4%E8%BA%AB%E7%AC%A6%EF%BC%8C%E7%AD%BE%E7%BA%A6%E5%89%8D%E5%B0%B1%E5%BE%97%E6%B1%82\"><\/span>2. Parental rights confirmation serves as a safeguard; it must be sought before signing the contract.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n      <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">Kyrgyz family law has a very powerful provision: once your information is entered into the birth register, the surrogate mother cannot use the fact of surrogacy to claim the child. However, this protection is contingent on successfully getting your name registered in the register. The more unique your family structure, the more important it is to consult a local lawyer beforehand to assess whether your situation will allow you to be successfully registered. If you can&#039;t, parental rights are meaningless.<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_%E6%8B%BF%E4%B8%8D%E5%88%B0%E6%97%85%E8%A1%8C%E8%AF%81%EF%BC%8C%E4%B8%80%E5%88%87%E5%BD%92%E9%9B%B6\"><\/span>3. Without a travel document, everything is for naught.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n      <div class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-callout alert\">\n        <div class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-callout-title\">\u26a0\ufe0f Attention<\/div>\n        <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">The final boss that Chinese families face is the Chinese Embassy in Kyrgyzstan. The embassy&#039;s current regulations state that minors applying for travel documents must have the assistance of their parents or guardians and must submit detailed documentation proving the guardianship relationship.<\/p>\n        <p class=\"sj-danshen-surrogacy-p\">That&#039;s not all; they also need to investigate your background.
